I am the problem, I am my own worst enemy

I had an epiphany when I realized that I couldn't see,
This anger that branches out from the bitterness that I've buried inside.
I am the epitome of everything that I never wanted to be.
The man that I became reflects everything that I once despised.

I am everything that I once despised

All these situations are just inside my head.
Will I ever learn to just let things be?
Cuz all this over-thinking is what's bled me dry,
and I fear what's inside will be the end of me.

I always let my anger get the best of me.
I take my problems far beyond their capacity.
Now I must reap these awful seeds that I've sown,
but I just pray my mistakes won't leave me left alone.
